What is Reckless & Refined's return policy?

We currently do not permit full cash or card refunds. However, if you are truly dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer equal value exchanges or store credit. Store credit is available for online orders only. Online returns must be made within 14 days of delivery or 7 days from the date of in-store purchase. Please be advised, if returning an online order, customer service must be contacted before the return is sent back. Allow up to 48 hours to receive a reply from customer service.

Where does Reckless & Refined ship from?

​

Most of our products are stored and shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada. Few items may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, these items may be shipped from a U.S. location or the country of origin.

 

My order taking longer than expected...

This may be the result of:

​

  1. Carrier shipping delays. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

  2. Some drop shipping items may be traveling to you from the country of origin. We work closing with our suppliers and carriers to make sure items are delivered in a timely manner.  However, it is not uncommon to imported items to take up to 18 calendar days to arrive at a U.S. residency. If  your order is taking longer than expected, feel free to contact us and we will let you know if it is a drop shipping issue.​

Why is there a limited amount of sizes and styles?

​

We are a small inventory store and only buy what is needed to prevent waste. Special sizes may be requested; please visit the product page, choose the out-of-stock size, and enter your email. We will email you once the requested item and size is back in stock. If the item is discontinued or unavailable from the manufacturer, our customer service will email an update. â€‹
